Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Every piece ships worldwide from Belgrade, tracked and carefully padded. Shipping is calculated at checkout on Etsy, or quoted directly for larger commissions.
How long does a commission take?
Most custom pieces take two to four weeks depending on size, detail, and the current queue. I’ll always give you a realistic date before you commit.
What do you burn onto?
Mainly birch plywood, basswood, and reclaimed hardwoods with a tight grain that holds fine detail. I’ll recommend the best surface for your image.
Can I send my own photo for a portrait?
Absolutely. that’s how most portraits start. A clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo gives the best result. We agree on crop and size before anything is burned.
How do I care for a woodburned piece?
Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from damp. A dry dusting is all it needs — the natural finish protects the burn and never needs re-oiling.
Are the pieces one-of-a-kind?
Yes. Everything is drawn and burned by hand, so even a repeated subject comes out unique. Each piece is signed on the back.
